Jerkman BBQ VIP Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Price $14.99 per month, plus applicable taxes.

1. Membership Benefits

Active VIP members receive:

- Two (2) Small Jerk Fries per monthly billing cycle.

- A maximum of one included Small Jerk Fries redemption per day.

- $1 off up to four (4) additional Small Jerk Fries per billing cycle.

2. Participating Locations

Membership benefits are valid for pickup at Jerkman BBQ's Ivey Lane and West Colonial locations in Orlando, Florida. Benefits are not valid through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or other third-party delivery services.

3. Monthly Billing

Memberships automatically renew each month at $14.99 plus applicable taxes until canceled. Customers authorize recurring charges when subscribing.

4. Redemption Rules

Membership benefits are available only to the active subscriber. Benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with other promotions, specials, or discounts.

5. Unused Benefits

Unused monthly benefits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused benefits do not roll over, accumulate, or convert into cash or store credit.

6. Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscriptions through the available Toast subscription management process. Cancellation stops future renewals when completed before the next billing charge. Access to benefits already paid for continues through the current billing cycle.

7. Refunds

Membership payments are generally nonrefundable once a billing cycle begins, except where required by applicable law or when Jerkman BBQ approves a refund.

8. Changes to Membership

Jerkman BBQ may modify membership benefits, pricing, or program availability with appropriate advance notice and in accordance with applicable law.
